§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

(2) When you contact us via our contact form, we process your personal data for the purpose of answering your questions. This processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 (b) of the DSGVO. 

When ordering via our online store, we process your personal data for the purpose of processing your order; this processing also takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) of the DSGVO. 

When you register, we process your data for the purpose of pursuing the purpose of the association, in particular the support and administration of our members; this is done on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) of the DSGVO. In this context, we will pass on personal data to the Hessischer Tennisverband e.V. as our umbrella organization on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) of the DSGVO, insofar as this data is required there in order to realize the association's goals. In addition, we will pass on your personal data to our coaches as well as to our tennis schools (Taunus Tennis GbR as well as the Motorik- und Ballschule Hablowetz GbR) for your information about training offers as well as for the billing of coaching and indoor lessons.

In addition, we process your personal data on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO for direct advertising in the form of a newsletter. 

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct advertising at any time.

(3) For the mere informational use of our website, we collect personal data on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 (f) of the DSGVO, personal data that your browser transmits to our server and that are technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security, namely your IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, data volume transmitted in each case, website from which the request comes, browser, operating system and its interface as well as language and version of the browser software.

(4) Your personal data will be deleted as soon as their processing is no longer necessary for the purpose according to § 1 para. 2 and 3 of this privacy policy, taking into account legal retention and limitation periods.

(5) In order to fulfill our (pre)contractual and legal obligations within the scope of the purposes stated in § 1 para. 2 and 3 or the deletion obligation in § 1 para. 4, we use external service providers (in particular providers of data storage systems, technicians, web hosters and website designers) who process your personal data on our behalf, namely for the backup of data from email traffic and from visits to our website, for maintenance and possible repair work on our IT system and for subsequent deletion of your data.

 

§ 2 Your rights

(1) Pursuant to Art. 15 DSGVO, you have the right to request information about the personal data stored by us about you and further information at any time and, in the event of inaccuracy or incompleteness of this data, to demand its correction or completion pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO. In the event of unauthorized data storage, you may also request the deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 17 and Art. 18 DSGVO. Furthermore, pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to demand the return of the data provided by you in a structured, common and machine-readable format (right to data portability). 

(2) In accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO, you also have the right to complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us. If you have your place of residence or business within the Federal State of Hesse, the Hessian Data Protection Commissioner, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1 in 65189 Wiesbaden is the competent supervisory authority.

 

§ 3 Session cookies

Our website uses so-called session cookies, which are small information units that are stored in the RAM of your device for the duration of the session. You can prevent these cookies from being set by making the appropriate settings in your browser. However, this may mean that our website can no longer be displayed without errors.

§ 5 Facebook

This website uses plugins of the provider Facebook.com, which are provided by the company Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304 in the USA. Users of our website, on which the Facebook plugin ("Like" button) is installed, are hereby informed that a connection to Facebook is established through the plugin, whereby a transmission to your browser is carried out so that the plugin appears on the website.

Furthermore, through its use, data is forwarded to the Facebook servers, which contain information about your website visits to our homepage. For logged-in Facebook users, this results in the usage data being assigned to your personal Facebook account.
