Welcome to the regular tennis court - Teens' and adults' tennis (ages 10+)
In the regular court, teens and adult beginners play with pressure-reduced green balls, which are 25 percent slower than conventional, yellow tennis balls. After the technique was stabilized, the conventional yellow tennis balls are used.
The tennis-specific education of children should be completed by the age of twelve at the latest, as far as basic techniques and stroke variations are concerned. Afterwards, the focus of the training will be in the following areas:
1.Development up to the individual maximum performance
2. Complex training
3.Refinement of intramuscular coordination
4.Stabilization of the technique even in extreme situations
5.Tactical training and automation of game situations, so-called patterns
6.Mental training
