SEPA direct debit mandate: With the following direct debit authorization the Tennisclub Europaviertel / DJK schwarz weiß Griesheim e.V. as well as the Taunus Tennis GbR and / or its trainer are entitled from now until further notice, training fees, hall costs and membership fees to deduct from the above account.

With this form I register the above mentioned person (s) for 4-week quickstart programme for kids at the advertised prices. To use the tennis courts, I declare at the same time the accession of the mentioned above Person (s) in the Tennisclub Europaviertel / DJK schwarz weiß Griesheim e.V., Abt. Tennis. I have noted the membership fees.

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you sign up for tennis training. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Taunus Tennis GbR Römischer Ring 14, 60486 Frankgurt; e-mail: philipp@tennis-europaviertel.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use a standard revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges resulting from your choosing a method of delivery other than the low-cost standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. If you have requested that our services commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount equal to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this Agreement in relation to the total services provided in the Agreement.

With this registration I agree with the conditions of participation of the Taunus Tennis GbR for the tennis training as well as with the club rules and the privacy rules of the tennis department of Tennisclub im Europaviertel / DJK schwarz weiß Griesheim e.V.

For all registered persons I give the Tennisclub Europaviertel / DJK schwarz weiss Griesheim e.V., Am Römerhof 9, 60486 Frankfurt, Email: tennis-europaviertel@web.de, the permission to take pictures and movies of the mentioned persons at events of the club and to show them for advertising purposes for the club and publish them on the website of the club and in social networks without naming the names. I have acknowledged that I can revoke this consent at any time by letter or email to the above address.

I would like to be informed about events of the Tennisclub Europaviertel / the tennis department of the DJK schwarz weiss Griesheim e.V. as well as about training offers of the Taunus Tennis GbR and their coaches like tennis camps or the summer- and winter training. I have acknowledged that I can revoke this consent at any time by letter or email.
